The bold cavalry charge fixed the German defenders in this sector. Further west, the Russian infantry bore down on the now exposed German field guns. The German flank was completely undone, with Russian field gun regiments turning their attention to the German infantry attempting to refuse that flank. At this point, the German flank was saved by the end of the show. It was a fabulous game, which we thoroughly enjoyed.
